About me

As a registered dietitian and endurance sport / outdoors enthusiast, I’m passionate about helping athletes fuel their bodies for strength, endurance, and long-term health. My own journey—from navigating diet culture’s harmful messages to learning how proper nutrition supports performance—drives my mission to help endurance athletes and outdoors adventurers optimize their fueling and training strategies.

With a Masters in Nutrition from Tufts University and experience in sports nutrition, one-on-one counseling, and a deep understanding of the athlete mindset, I provide practical, evidence-based guidance to help you train smarter, recover faster, and build a sustainable relationship with food and body. I’m also an RRCA-certified running coach with almost a decade of personal experience in competitive running.

Let’s work together to help you fuel or train for whatever it is that brings you joy.

When I’m not doing nutrition work, I enjoy frolicking with various Seattle-based running groups, biking, skate skiing, surfing, traveling, and any other method of exploring this beautiful world we live in (while trying all the good food and ice cream along the way, of course!).
