Fuel to the Finish
Looking for a more collaborative setting? Join me and my dietitian friend, Dr. Theresa Delorenzo of Nutrition for Optimal Performance, for a six-week group course called Fuel to the Finish, designed to build your nutrition knowledge in a fun, interactive setting.
We’ll cover topics like macronutrient distribution for endurance athletes, micronutrients of concern, hydration, the dangers of underfueling, ergogenic foods, carbohydrate loading, and recovery. Sessions will be recorded in case you can’t make it live.
We’re also offering a VIP Package, which gets you a 1:1 meeting with a Registered Dietitian and unlimited emailing and texting throughout the program, leading up to your race.
