Along with your customized training plan, you’ll get ongoing nutrition sessions from a registered dietitian (hello!) to optimize your energy, recovery, and performance. Plus, you’ll have unlimited access to me via text or email for real-time support, whether you need midweek motivation, race-day strategy, or a quick fueling tweak. This plan is perfect for athletes who want a truly well-rounded approach to their training and well-being.
